About Lorraine
Lorraine was an unincorporated community in Henrico County, Virginia. Lorraine was named for Edward Lorraine, who was the 19th century chief engineer of the James River and Kanawha Canal.
This is a site record: what public sources say about Lorraine, gathered in one place. We haven't written a full guide yet, so history, current access and photos are still to come. Treat the status as unknown until a guide confirms it.
