Ghost town in Washington (state).

Record

About Standard

Standard was a company town in south-western Whatcom County between Acme and Clipper along State Route 9 and the South Fork Nooksack River. Like other towns in the South Fork Valley, Standard was established from a lumber company, and waned as the lumber industry did in the 1910s.

This is a site record: what public sources say about Standard, gathered in one place. We haven't written a full guide yet, so history, current access and photos are still to come. Treat the status as unknown until a guide confirms it.
